This is a 30 year old Glengoyne Highland single malt, bottled in 2022 at 46.8% in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited release of 5,200 bottles, matured in sherry casks, without added colour and not chill-filtered.
On the nose there is black cherry, sherry trifle, jam, tea rose and rum and raisin chocolate. The palate opens sweet, then turns to stewed plums, cinnamon, cloves and spicy jam. The finish is soft, with oak dryness and cinnamon.
