This is Batch 10 of Glengoyne's cask strength single malt, a Highland whisky bottled at 59.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and has no added colour.
Glengoyne dries its barley with warm air rather than peat, so there is no peat smoke in the glass. This batch was matured in sherry casks, refill casks and bourbon casks.
The notes run to pear, citrus, crème brûlée and honey, followed by a long finish.
