This is a Highland single malt from Glengoyne, the third chapter of The Legacy Series, bottled in 2022 at 48%. It pays tribute to Tedder's close attention to detail and high standards, which the distillers carry on through The Unhurried Way. It matured only in American oak sherry casks and is bottled without added colouring or chill-filtration.
The tasting notes describe sherried cinnamon sticks, mixed berry jam and apple strudel. The whisky is rich and chewy, with warm raisins, spiced buns and a tarte tatin with creamy sherry tones.
