Glengoyne – Teapot Dram Batch #009 (70cl, 58.9%)

Glengoyne Teapot Dram Batch No. 009 is a Highland single malt bottled at 58.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in first-fill European and American sherry casks, released in 2023, and only 3,600 bottles were made. The name looks back to the daily dram that distilleries gave their workers until the 1970s, usually a small tumbler of new-make spirit. Glengoyne's daily dram was always drawn from a young, flavour-packed sherry cask, and that is the idea behind this batch.
