Glengoyne The Legacy Series Chapter 2 is a single malt Scotch whisky and the second chapter in the distillery's Legacy Series.
It marries spirit matured in two types of cask: first fill bourbon barrels and refill sherry barrels. The colour is bright gold.
The nose is full of vanilla and banana, with maple syrup, peaches, coconut, fruit-soaked trifle sponge and a hint of lime and mint. The palate is creamy and well balanced, with apple crumble, honey-drizzled toast, green grape and gentle spice. The finish is warming and syrupy, with sweet oak and dates.
