A 12 year old Lowland single malt from Glenkinchie in Scotland, in a 75cl bottle.
It is a light style, with a nose of vanilla and cut flowers over a clean, toasty note. The palate turns sweet and creamy, with fresh citrus and lemon cheesecake, then butter icing and freesias after a crisp mid-palate. The finish is herbal and drying, a little like potpourri.
