The Glenlivet 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. This is the pre-2004 version, bottled during the 1990s and early 2000s, and it has since been discontinued. It was double matured in European and American oak, and the distillery draws its water from Josie's Well.
The nose is delicate, floral and fruity. The palate is smooth, creamy and light, with hints of green apple and subtle oak. The finish is medium, with gentle malt and nutty notes.
