Glenlossie – 10 Year Old Flora & Fauna (70cl, 43%)

Glenlossie 10 Year Old is a single malt from the Elgin distillery in Scotland, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to Diageo's Flora & Fauna series and was matured in bourbon and sherry casks. Official bottlings of Glenlossie are not common, because blenders favour the malt for its pronounced character. This one is bottled by the distillery itself. The nose is grassy, with a little heather, malt and flowers. The palate is malty again, very spicy and rich, and the finish is spicy and lingering.
