This Glenlossie is a 13 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the 2011 vintage, bottled by James Eadie in 2024 at a cask strength of 52.7% in a 70cl bottle.
After maturation it was finished for seven months in a European oak first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead.
The nose is rich and velvety, with honeycomb, salted caramel and treacle alongside savoury notes of miso and soy sauce. The palate follows closely, with chocolate-coated honeycomb, treacle, tiramisu and stewed fruits. The finish brings brandy-soaked pears and coffee and walnut cake.
