A 10 year old Highland single malt from Glenmorangie, bottled at 100 proof, which here is 57.2% ABV, in a 1 litre bottle. It was bottled in the 1990s and is not chill-filtered.
The nose brings citrus zest, green apple and ripe apricot, with a little vanilla spice, a hint of mint and oak beneath. On the palate there is honey, toffee, toasted nuts, light ginger and sweet malt in a creamy texture. The finish is long, with warm spice, soft vanilla-tinged oak and a delicate sweetness.
