This is Glenmorangie's 12 year old Original, a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is fruit-led, with mandarin, lemon, apple, pear and peach alongside vanilla ice cream, geranium and wild mint. On the palate the fruit continues with peaches and cream, mandarin and lemon, joined by fennel, nutmeg, almond and coconut, all wrapped in a honeyed sweetness. The finish is gently sweet, with a lingering sense of fruit juice.
