This is Glenmorangie 12 Year Old, known as The Lasanta, a single malt in a 75cl bottle. It is first matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, then finished in hand-selected Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
The sherry casks come from Jerez in Spain. They add raisin, toffee and spice to the Glenmorangie style, which is described as smooth.
