Lasanta is a 12 year old Highland single malt Scotch whisky from Glenmorangie, in a 70cl bottle. It spent ten years in ex-bourbon American oak casks, then a further 24 months in ex-Oloroso sherry casks.
The colour is amber with mahogany reflections.
The nose has warm spices, raisins, chocolate, beeswax and caramel. The palate is sweet and citrusy at once, and the long finish closes on hazelnut and chocolate.
