Glenmorangie Cognac Matured is a 14-year-old single malt Scotch whisky matured in Merrain oak casks previously used for Cognac. The release was limited to 850 bottles, with a strength of 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose combines green toffee apple and marzipan with a little macadamia nut. Initial sweetness gives way to tangy citrus on the palate, followed by a long finish of gentle nuttiness and toasted oak.
