This is the third batch of Glenmorangie's Cadboll Estate bottling, a 15 year old Highland single malt at 43%. It was created as a field-to-glass whisky and is built on two different harvests of Cadboll barley.
The spirit was matured in ex-bourbon casks, and part of it was finished in ex-Amontillado sherry casks.
It is soft and creamy on the palate, with notes of sweet spices, toffee, almonds and cloves.
