The Nectar D’Or is a 16 year old Highland single malt from Glenmorangie in Scotland, in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in bourbon casks and finished in Sauternes casks.
It is very sweet and smooth, with apricot pastries, peaches preserved in syrup and white chocolate truffles. A gingery warmth at the finish keeps the sweetness in check.
