Glenmorangie 18 Year Old The Infinita is a Highland single malt bottled at 43% in a 750ml bottle. It was previously sold as Glenmorangie 18 Year Old Extremely Rare.
The whisky spent 15 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, after which a portion was moved to Spanish Oloroso sherry casks for a further three years.
On the nose it offers dried fruits, ripe figs, caramelised orange peel, jasmine, honeycomb and gentle vanilla oak. The palate brings sweet dried fruit, candied orange peel, toasted almonds, honey and soft wood spice, followed by a long finish of sweet floral notes, dried fruit and oak tannins.
