A Tale of Cake is a limited edition Highland single malt from Glenmorangie, created under Dr Bill Lumsden and inspired by celebration and cake. It is finished in Tokaji dessert wine casks from Hungary.
The nose combines honey, white chocolate, tropical fruit and sweet pastry. On the palate are apricot, baked pear, almond, vanilla and light spice. The finish is long and silky, with lingering honeyed sweetness and gentle oak.
