Glenmorangie A Tale of the Forest is a limited edition single malt, released after A Tale of Cake and A Tale of Winter. It was created by Dr Bill, Director of Whisky at Glenmorangie, who drew on walks through the woods near his home.
He wanted to capture the fragrance of last night's rainfall and the sound of rustling leaves. To do so he revived an ancient method of infusing barley with botanicals, using juniper berries, birch bark and heather blossom.
