Glenmorangie A Tale of Tokyo is a limited edition single malt Scotch from the Highlands, inspired by the variety of Tokyo and by Japan's rare Mizunara oak. It was bottled in 2023 at 46%, without chill-filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matures in Mizunara oak alongside sherry and bourbon casks, pairing a bright, bold character with the soft sweetness of Glenmorangie.
It is described as peppery, with juicy bitter cherry and fresh orange peel, while incense and sweet oak add depth.
