Glenmorangie A Tale of Tokyo is a limited-edition Highland single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 46% abv in a 70cl bottle. Dr Bill created it from his impressions of Tokyo and as his first experiment with rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks.
It unites Glenmorangie part-aged in Mizunara oak with whisky that spent time in sherry and bourbon casks.
It is described as combining pepper with bitter cherries, orange zest, incense and sweet oak.
