Glenmorangie Artein is a Private Edition released in 2012 and labelled as a 15 year old. The whisky is a vatting of two parts 15 year old and one part 21 year old, finished in Sassicaia Tuscan wine barrels.
The nose offers red berry fruits, honeysuckle and mint. Baked stone fruits such as apricots, peaches and plums come on the palate, with spearmint and cherries in milk chocolate. The finish is long and zesty, with lemon sherbet and creamy cappuccino.
