Glenmorangie Calvados Cask Finish is a 12 year old single malt in a 75cl bottle. It is the fifth release in the Barrel Select series of small-batch whiskies, which explores the flavours that different cask finishes bring.
The whisky spent more than ten years in American white oak bourbon casks before moving into casks that had held Calvados du Pays d'Auge, from Normandy, for 20 years.
It is soft and rich, with scents of jasmine, baked apples and pears, and subtle notes of narcissus and vanilla.
