Glenmorangie Claret Wood Finish is a Highland single malt made by vatting eight casks together. The casks were filled between 1976 and 1979 and left to mature until 1989, when they were chosen to be combined and finished in Claret casks. The name refers to that final stage in Claret casks, and this bottle is numbered 1681.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
