Glenmorangie Finealta is a Highland single malt from the Private Edition series, a limited edition bottled in 2011 at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in American white oak and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and made using peat-firing. It is bottled without chill filtration or added colour.
Tasting notes describe dried apricot, pear, banana and peat on the nose. The palate offers custard, peach, sherried raisins and marmalade, and the finish brings chocolate, marmalade and oak.
