Glenmorangie Malaga 12 Year Old is a single malt bottled at 47.3% in a 70cl bottle. It spent eight years in hand-picked American oak bourbon casks, then four years in casks that held sweet Malaga wine from southern Spain. Dr Bill Lumsden chose the Malaga casks for this expression.
The finish brings brown sugar, raisins and honey to the citrus of the bourbon maturation, alongside the soft, creamy style of Glenmorangie.
The nose is sweet and rich, with honey, caramel and baked bread. The palate is oily, with raisins, dates and mandarin, and the finish is long and soft, with hazelnut and honey.

Sweet, rich honey, caramel and baked bread, aromatic tea leaves, perfumed herbs and red fruit, a hint of milk chocolate; with water, incense, roasted chestnuts and muscovado sugar
