This is a 30 year old Glenmorangie single malt, finished in casks that previously held sweet fortified wine from the Andalucian province of Malaga. It is one of the oldest Glenmorangies ever released.
It is a one-off limited edition small batch, with 2597 bottles released in 2005. The long years in wood are plain in the whisky, together with the added influence of the Malaga casks.
It is full-bodied, sweet and fruity.
