Glenmorangie – Signet

Glenmorangie Signet is a single malt Scotch whisky made from the distillery's oldest whisky together with spirit matured in a selection of casks. It is non-chill-filtered. Its sweetness and spice are attributed in part to the roasted 'chocolate' barley malt and to designer casks of American white oak made specifically for Glenmorangie. The nose is strong espresso with treacly plum pudding, sherry and candied orange peel. The palate sets rich sweetness against sizzling spice and bitter mocha. The finish is fresh and minty, with a bright lemony citrus note.
