Glenmorangie – Signet Highland Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Glenmorangie Signet is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, and the richest whisky in the Glenmorangie range. The idea came from Dr Bill Lumsden, who wondered about using barley varieties more usually found in brewing. It is made with heavily roasted malted barley, known as chocolate malt, and matured in made-to-order casks including sherry casks and new charred oak. It is then blended with other Glenmorangie whiskies, some of them up to 35 years old. It is bottled at 46%, non-chill-filtered.
