Glenmorangie The Lasanta is a 12 year old Highland single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. The spirit comes from tall stills, which give a fine, fruity character.
It matures for 12 years in bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks, which add rich spice and a sun-warmed sweetness. The whisky was conceived as a sunset in a bottle, in reds, oranges and violets.
The flavour is of raisins, honeycomb and chocolate-coated hazelnuts, rounded off with a trace of cinnamon.
