Glenrothes 12 Years is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from the Soleo Collection, where the whiskies are matured exclusively in sherry casks.
It is bottled at natural colour, with a character of vanilla, melon and cinnamon. The aromas come from a balance of various sherry-seasoned casks, giving a soft and lasting sweetness.
Soleo is the name of the drying process for grapes in sherry production.
