Glenrothes – 1996 Douglas Laing 21 Year Old XOP is a single malt whisky from Glenrothes (Speyside). Aged 21 years, bottled at 55.5% ABV, 70cl. Matured in rrefill Bourbon Hogshead. A Speyside malt distillery that is today part of the Edrington Group following its acquisition of Highland Distillers in 1999. Unusually, the distillery and its brand had different owners between 2010 and 2017 when the label was briefly sold to Berry Brothers & Rudd in London.
