Gold Bar Bitcoin Reserve is a blended American whiskey released as a limited edition of 21,000 bottles, a number chosen to echo the 21 million cap on Bitcoin. It is a blend of American straight bourbons aged between 5 and 14 years, finished in red wine barrels from Sonoma and the Napa Valley in California.
Each bottle is hand-numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity and a minted metal coin bearing the Bitcoin emblem on the front. The label is printed in Bitcoin orange on metal foil and shows Blend No. 2140, the year the final Bitcoin is projected to be mined. It is bottled at 93 proof (46.5% ABV).
