A straight bourbon from Gold Bar, distilled from a mash bill of 80% Texas corn and 20% Oklahoma rye, and bottled in a 75cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered.
The whiskey first matures in new American oak barrels for three to six years. It is then finished in Napa Valley French oak wine barrels, which gives the Double Cask name.
The nose has smoky undertones, the spice of rye and a creamy fruit character.
