This is an 18-year-old blended American whiskey from Gold Bar, released as the Diamond Edition in collaboration with the Los Angeles jeweller Kyle Chan.
It is finished in French oak cognac barrels, with toasted French oak staves added during the finish. The bottle has a gold design.
The nose is rich, with vanilla and oak. On the palate there is caramel, toasted oak and a little spice, leading to a long finish with a touch of sweetness.
