Gold Bar Double Casked Bourbon is a 46% bourbon in a 75cl bottle, made from a select blend of American whiskies with a mash bill of 80% corn and 20% rye. Its colour is a deep mahogany copper.
The nose brings caramelised molasses, charred oak and vanilla. On the palate, bold rye spice comes first, followed by sweet raw corn, rich chocolate and hints of toasted cinnamon, with a creamy mouthfeel. The finish is soft, buttery and mellow, with hints of red fruits.
