An American bourbon made from a blend of American whiskies on a mash bill of 80% corn and 20% rye. It is bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The whiskey is double casked, meaning it has a second maturation in a different cask type after the first. It has a deep mahogany-copper colour.
The nose brings caramelised molasses, charred oak and vanilla. On the palate there is bold rye spice, sweet raw corn, rich chocolate and a little toasted cinnamon, with a creamy texture. The finish is soft, buttery and mellow, with hints of red fruit.
