Gold Bar Rickhouse Cask Strength Bourbon (75cl, 51.5%)

Gold Bar Rickhouse is a cask strength straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle, triple distilled in copper pots from a mash bill of 80% corn and 20% rye. It is bottled at 51.5% abv (103 proof) and is non-chill filtered. The whiskey was matured in extra charred new American oak, then raked over French oak staves, which gives an oak and smoke profile with lingering sweetness. It is described as bold, toasty and rich, with pronounced vanilla, spice and smoke.
