Gold Bar Rickhouse Cask Strength Bourbon (75cl, 51.5%)

Gold Bar Rickhouse is a cask strength straight bourbon, bottled at 51.5% (103 proof) in a 75cl bottle and not chill-filtered. It is triple copper pot distilled from a mash bill of 80% corn and 20% rye. The whiskey is matured in extra charred new American oak, then raked over French oak staves, which gives a profile of oak and smoke with a lingering sweetness. It is described as bold, toasty and rich, with pronounced vanilla, spice and smoke.
