Gold Bar Whiskey America 250 is a blended whiskey finished in California casks. It is a commemorative edition marking 250 years of American independence, 1776 to 2026, and is bottled at 80 proof.
It comes in a tall case styled as a gold bar, carrying an America 250 crest and an eagle-and-shield emblem. The label design includes thirteen stars, one for each of the original colonies, and draws on American tattoo artwork.
The nose is smooth grain sweetness with light oak and a gentle, vanilla-like warmth. The palate is easy and rounded, with soft caramel and mild spice. The finish is clean and mellow, with lingering oak and a touch of sweetness.
