Gold Bar Retro Edition is a limited-edition straight bourbon made in collaboration with Joe Montana. It marks four decades since the 49ers' 1985 championship win, and is bottled at 85 proof (42.5%) in a 750ml bottle.
The mash bill uses four grains: corn for sweetness, wheat for softness, rye for spice and barley for a malty note. The bourbon is aged for over four years and finished in wine casks.
It is Blend No. 415, named after the San Francisco area code. A can koozie in a gold jacket design comes with the bottle, and the design may vary.
