Gold Bar Whiskey Year of the Horse 2026 is a limited edition made for the Lunar New Year. It comes in a gold bottle decorated with a horse design.
The mash bill is 88% corn, 9% rye and 3% barley, and the whiskey was distilled by Montgomery Paulsen, a second-generation Napa Valley winemaker.
The taste is rich and smooth. A Golden Mule, made with lime juice and ginger beer, is the suggested serve.
