Gold Spot Generations Edition is a 13 year old Irish pot still whiskey in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 46% ABV. It marks seven generations of the Mitchell family, guardians of Spot Whiskey and one of Ireland's leading wine families.
The whiskey combines ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks with a final 16 months in Valpolicella Ripasso Italian wine casks. The red wine adds dark fruits and berry compote, with a softly textured sweetness and subtle spice. It finishes with a touch of oak and sweet wine.
