Goldmuskateller Alto Adige DOC "Turmhof" Tiefenbrunner

Aromatic white wine from Alto Adige, made from Goldmuskateller. It centres on varietal character, with a measured reading of local grapes. The wine shows a bright, linear profile with delicate floral notes, ripe white peach and a hint of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is slender and smooth, with discreet persistence and a balance of savouriness and acidity that stays pleasantly contained. It suits light starters, simply prepared fish dishes, salads and fresh cheeses, and can also work as an aperitif. Serve at around 8-10 C to bring out its aromatic vitality.
