Cristina Medium is a medium sherry from González Byass, a house founded in 1835. It is made from Palomino Fino (87%) and Pedro Ximénez (13%).
The two grapes mature separately for about six years, then are blended and aged for a further two. The nose shows spice, dried figs and raisins, with a subtle note of oak spice behind. The palate is full-bodied, lightly sweet and fruity.
