Noé is a VORS sherry from González Byass, made from 100% Pedro Ximénez in a 37.5cl bottle. VORS wines are aged for at least 30 years, and this one spends more than thirty years in American oak under the solera and criadera system.
The grapes come from the Esteve vineyards in the upper part of the Jerez region, where they go through the soleo process.
It tastes fresh and sweet, with fruity notes of figs, a little coffee and spice. It is a sherry for contemplation, suited to dark chocolate or vanilla ice cream.
