Gooderham & Worts – Four Grain (44.4%)

Gooderham & Worts Four Grain is a Canadian blended grain whisky, bottled at 44.4% ABV. It was launched under Don Livermore as a tribute to the original 1832 recipe of the Toronto distillery Gooderham & Worts. It blends corn, wheat, barley and rye, all grown locally in Ontario. Each grain is distilled and aged separately before blending. The wheat, barley and rye are pot and column distilled, while the corn is double distilled in columns. Maturation takes place in a combination of new virgin oak casks and used Bourbon casks.
