An India Pale Ale from Goose Island Beer Company, in a 6 litre PerfectDraft keg.
It has an amber body and a dense, persistent head. The aroma is led by citrus, pine and orange blossom, from Cascade and Citra hops. On the palate there are caramel, grapefruit and pine resin, balanced by a light malty sweetness, with a persistent, well-calibrated bitterness.
It suits spicy dishes, barbecue and aged cheese.
