A 42-year-old single cask single malt from North Port, also known as Brechin, one of the lost distilleries. Gordon & MacPhail bottled it as part of the Recollection Series, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky matured from 1981 to 2024 entirely in a refill American hogshead, cask number 2072. It was bottled at 50.9% ABV, without added colouring and without chill filtration. The bottling comes to 132 bottles.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
