The nose brings dried banana, candied lime peel and soft black liquorice. On the palate, vanilla custard gives way to white pepper and subtle green apple, with fresh lemon zest, faint marzipan and honeydew melon alongside. Fresh cut grass and a hint of spiced orange develop, and the medium-bodied finish carries citrus fruit and soft spice.
